Our housing sites are designed to offer stability, care, and pathways toward independence.

Whakamaru, Te Pā Pori, and Te Pā Manawa are three of our transitional housing communities. Residents at each site can access safe, secure accommodation while receiving wrap-around support to help them move into permanent housing and achieve their personal goals.

Te Pā Maru is our residential alcohol-harm reduction facility, supporting whānau who often cannot access other residential services due to alcohol use disorders. We also operate Kemp Home and Hospital in Tītahi Bay, a 60-bed aged residential care facility providing professional rest home and hospital-level care, with 10 additional transitional housing units on site.

While each of our sites serves a unique purpose, they are all united by our Mission’s values of dignity, respect, and no-judgement – helping people toward empowerment, transformation, and fullness of life.

How to enquire about housing

If you feel you are ready to engage with us and take steps towards finding a permanent home in the community, you can arrange a referral to us through the Ministry of Social Development (MSD) housing team.
