A wrap-around support network

Every person’s journey is different, and that’s why our services are both integrated and personalised.

For example, someone might live in one of our transitional housing sites, shop at the Social Supermarket, connect with a counsellor, and visit Craig & Gail’s Café – all as part of one wrap-around support network.

This integrated approach ensures people receive the care, respect, and stability they need, in whatever way suits them best.
